• GiMiTEC™ are responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of computer systems, networks, and servers. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, implementing new technologies, and ensuring system security and compliance. 
  

What we do

• System Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operation of computer systems, including servers, networks, and workstations, ensuring they are functioning optimally. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. 

• Security: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats. Monitoring system performance, identifying potential problems, and proactively addressing issues before they impact users. 

• Backup and Recovery: Implementing and managing backup and recovery procedures to safeguard data in case of system failures. Contributing to the development of long-term IT strategies and road-maps. 

• Emerging Technologies: Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the IT field and recommending appropriate solutions for the organization. Providing guidance and training to junior system administrators and end-users.
