Mình đang làm một đề tài tốt nghiệp về clay polynano, nội dung chính là biến tính khoáng Bentonite Lâm Đồng, sau đó tổng hợp Fe-Al polioxocation pillared clay ứng dụng làm chất hấp phụ hay xúc tác hữu cơ. Về tài liệu tiếng Việt, mình thấy có bài báo công bố khá chi tiết về vấn đề này trong Tạp chí Khoa học và Công nghệ của năm 2002, 2003. Bạn có thể tra tìm ở thư viện Tổng hợp trên đường Lý Tự Trọng Q1

Có một bài báo nghiên cứu khác rất gần với đề tài của bạn làm đăng trong tạp chí Hóa học số 3 kỳ 37 năm 1997:

minh chỉ tìm được bài báo về biến tính bentonite làm chất hấp phụ màu trong dầu thực vật, nhưng chưa tìm được cơ chế hấp phụ chung của bentonite. bạn nào có tài liệu cho mình xin với .thanks.

Cơ chế hấp phụ trên bentonite có thể chia làm 2 loại. Tương tác giữa các nhóm chức trên chất bị hấp phụ với các tâm kim loại hoặc O(2-) trên bentonite. Các chất bị hấp phụ có thể chui vào các khoang sét hay chỉ hấp phụ bên ngoài. Cơ chế thứ 2 có thể là trao đổi ion giữa các cation trong khoang sét với các cation của chất bị hấp phụ.

Ah, mình thấy đa số các bài viết về biến tính bentonite làm chất hấp phụ đều sử dụng acid HCl và acid sulfuric, tác động của acid đến cấu trúc bentonite thế nào, có thể dùng acid khác không. Các bạn có tài liệu cho mình xin với nha.:24h_057:

Do hiện tượng thay thế đồng hình (isomorphous substitution, các ion kim loại trong cấu trúc sét được thay thế bằng các ion kim loại có hóa trị thấp hơn), nên sét thường tích điện âm. Để cân bằng điện tích, thì sét sẽ hấp phụ thêm các ion kim loại trong môi trường tự nhiên (Mg2+, K+, Na+...) hoặc các cation hữu cơ. Các ion hấp phụ này có thể ảnh hưởng đến tính chất hấp phụ và xúc tác của sét. Hoạt hóa acid chính là thay thế các ion kim loại hấp phụ này với H+. Có thể dùng các acid mạnh để hoạt hóa. Thường dùng là HCl và H2SO4 vì các acid này mạnh, tuơng đối trơ hóa học, nếu dùng HNO3 có thể xảy ra phản ứng oxy hóa không mong muốn.

Mình tìm được phương pháp hoạt hóa bentonite bằng acid sunphuric và acid nitric, nhưng mình không tải về được:

mình tìm các phương pháp xử lý và hoạt hóa bentonite làm chất hấp phụ (bằng acid, kiềm và các tác nhân khác). Mình thấy hoạt hóa bằng kiềm, acid nitric, acid phosphoric ít sử dụng, là do bentonite sau khi hoạt hóa bị phá vỡ cấu trúc ảnh hưởng đến khả năng hấp phụ hay do giá thành của các loại hóa chất này đắt qua:24h_046:
