Mình nghĩ BM nhầm khái niệm về ether dầu hỏa rồi. Vào đây xem nè: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petroleum_ether

ok, bây giờ BM mới biết, vì trong chương trình thực tập hữu cơ 1 có bài sắc kí cột, pha động là ether dầu hỏa, nhưng cách làm thì trộn hai thằng ether và dầu hỏa riêng, theo từng tỉ lệ nhất định để kéo từng thằng caroten xuống !

Nếu vậy BM xin trả lời lại: theo như thông tin trên wikipedia thì thằng petroleum ether là một dung môi non-polar, chính vì vậy trong ba thằng trên thì thằng cyclohexene có lẽ là có tương tác tốt nhất với thằng pha động, nên nó sẽ bị kéo xuống nhanh nhất ! tiếp theo đến propanol rồi mới đến propionic !

Petroleum ether, also known as benzine, is a group of various volatile, highly flammable, liquid hydrocarbon mixtures used chiefly as nonpolar solvents.

Petroleum ether is obtained from petroleum refineries as the portion of the distillate which is intermediate between the lighter naphtha and the heavier kerosene. It has a specific gravity of between 0.6 and 0.8 depending on its composition.

Benzine should not be confused with benzene. Benzine is a mixture of alkanes, e.g., pentane, hexane, and heptane, whereas benzene is a cyclic, aromatic hydrocarbon, C6H6. Likewise, petroleum ether should not be confused with the class of organic compounds called ethers, which contain the -O- functional group
