COMPLAINT FORM

Dear Mr. Chairman, Board of Quang Tri ABC Company.
My name is Le Page Education R & D staff at ABC Company vietnam.
I am writing this complaint about my salary agreement with the Company, the following facts:
I became the R & D employees of the Company from 10/11/2008 to total income is 2,200,000 VND.
On August 05/2009 I have signed the contract with the Company for a total salary of my monthly income is 2,800,000 VND, ie will be effective from March 06/2009. By the end of September 06/2009, the Company forced me to sign a contract unless the other 10% of my income, why is my diploma. I do not agree and filed a termination of employment (31/07/2009).
