Tôi thấy Admin BM bị nhầm lẫn giữa chính sách sử dụng thông tin cá nhận ( privacy policy) với bản quyền và bảo hộ bản quyền ( copyright )
BM có thể vui lòng xem lại những cái mà mình trích ra từ các đường link từ các tạp chí :
-Sciencedirect ( của nhà xuất bản Elsevier)
-Interscience Wiley hoặc Informawolrd hoặc Taylor&Francis ( của NXB John Wiley &Sons)

Liệu có bạn supporter nào có được những quyền này không? Nhất là mdhlvn, bạn có đang giữ được quyền này không ?

mdlvn- Xanh: Một khi thư viện đã mua một tạp chí nào đó thì sinh viên trong trường sẽ được download bài từ tạp chí đó không giới hạn số lượng, thậm chí cùng một bài anh có thể download rồi xóa rồi down cả trăm lần liên tục cũng chả sao.

Ở đầy, mdhlvn cũng nên lưu ý là bạn đang nhầm giữa quyền copyright của thư viện với quyền của bạn sinh viên. Sinh viên chỉ có thể download để coi theo quyền của chính họ nhưng đâu có quyền re-produce, distribution đâu.

7) Do các bạn supporter không có chứng minh được bằng chứng và cái cách làm hợp pháp việc cung cấp tài liệu ( nguồn gốc) và license của quyền sử dụng tài liệu như đã nêu trong copyright holder, cho nên việc khuyến khích các bạn khác dùng các phương pháp mà tôi đưa ra vẫn mang tính hợp pháp hơn.

Nếu các bạn supporter có license của quyền sử dụng tài liệu mạnh như có thể cho người khác bản copy, phân phối, đăng tải trên một website khác thì tại sao không công bố nguồn để mọi ngưới có thể trực tiếp lấy? mà phải để mọi người hỏi xin lắc nhắc và bạn thì mất thời gian đi upload vòng lên các hostfile như rapidshare? ( nhưng nói nhỏ thôi, tôi tin chắc là không hề bạn nào trong supporter chúng ta có cái license này cả!!)

8) Sáng nay, ghé qua trường ĐH KHTN tpHCM, tiếc là sáng nay tôi liên lạc chỉ được có Tiêulytamhoan , còn Admin BM và gaumit thì không được. Tôi được biết là Phòng Tham khảo ở lầu 10 (do cô Hương phụ trách và giám đốc là thầy Hiệp ) có cho phép đăng ký tham gia tra cứu và đọc toàn văn các bài báo từ Sciencedirect tại thư viện. Người ngoài và sinh viên đều vào cò thể vào đọc và copy về bằng USB được. Chi phí 150.000VND/năm. Quy định và phí có thể thay đổi nhưng vẫn là chấp nhận được. Trường ĐH BK tp HCM cũng được như vậy.

Các bạn ở các trường khác trong nội thành HCM không có điều kiện thì vẫn có thể vào đăng ký để đọc. Nên search tài liệu ở nhà trước để có link hoặc volume/số /trang rồi vào phòng tham khảo của trường download về thì sẽ tiết kiệm thời gian và nhanh hơn.

Với các bạn ở các trường nằm ở tỉnh lân cận không có điều kiện thì nên nhờ các bạn có uy tín– mình nghĩ vẫn là Mod trong diễn đàn- giúp đăng ký với một chi phí như trên. Rồi mỗi khi cần , bạn gửi thông tin đến như mọi khi để các bạn này download hộ bạn bằng tài khoản của bạn để gửi qua mail cho bạn cho nhanh. Hoặc chọn ngày lên sài thành chơi rồi ghé qua đăng ký, download. Mình sẽ tiếp tục xem các trường ĐH, Cao đẳng còn lại như ĐHBK Đà Nẵng, ĐH Sư phạm Quy Nhơn, Cao Đẳng /Trung Học Công Nghiệp Long An, ĐH Bình Dương như thế nào….để có thể hỗ trợ như thế nào là hợp pháp và hợp lý hơn. Còn ở nội thành và là sinh viên ngay tại trường ĐH KHTN thì xem ra có cách tiếp cận tốt được như vậy thì tại sao phải nhờ vả down hộ và upload lên các host file trên này quá nhiều như vậy? Như thế thì đâu còn là diễn đàn học thuật ( chỉ trao đổi về cách nghiên cứu, kết quả nghiên cứu, cách học tập lý luận)

Đây là thông tin đầu tiên tôi thông báo để các bạn biết trong chuyến vi hành này.
