So please read the theory carefully again and you might see some useful information. anyway, may I suggest with you that with the ion mass in hand, you could infer the molecular weight but it does not mean that you will know the structure because different structures may have the same mass (isomers) so hopefully researchers in laboratory could help you better and more clearly to solve your problems.
