My method: Reading everyday. Do Old TOEFL tests. Repeat and never quit. Then go to take Institutional TOEFL tests several times. Willingly accepts the fact that your score always below 500 but keep trying. After one year or more if you don't give up, go to another page. It is time you should have some special book on Vocabulary like 5000 words in TOEFL Test. Read it and do new TOEFL test again. You will see your score will get over 500. If you feel tired, rest some days but not a month. Keep doing in this ways, English will be in your hand.
Don't give up. Rest when tired then keep going on.
