It works well for me.
The pump works as advertised. I use it to stabilize wood for use in knife-making. The lid gasket seals well and appears unaltered by use or by being splashed by the liquid resin. The filter on the vacuum release port is a nice feature. The one downside is that the pump shipped without the necessary oil. I was able to find a suitable vacuum oil at a Grainger store.
