Flectra: Validation Error, Constraint: delivery_carrier_product_id_fkey

Sometime when system admin would like to delete a record on Flectra, and will got below error:

Validation Error

The operation cannot be completed: another model requires the record being deleted. If possible, archive it instead.

Model: Shipping Methods (delivery.carrier), Constraint: delivery_carrier_product_id_fkey

How to solve this error ?

1. Need to access to PostgreSQL, as psql

2. > "delivery_carrier" is table name, 

3. > " product_id" is column name ref by the table name "delivery_carrier" so to solve this error need to remove the row on this table
